Order confirmation
Once you have placed your order with Superior Brands, you will be allocated an order number. We recommend noting this for future use. This will also be sent via confirmation email. If you do not receive this email, simply contact us and we can resend the confirmation email as well as checking your order has successfully been placed.
Opening hours
You can order Superior Brands products online all day, every day! General business hours are Monday to Friday from 10am to 4pm (AET). We will endeavour to respond to all enquires within 24 hours.
We observe all Queensland public holidays, therefore we may not be available on these days.
