Shipping & Returns

Orders are generally dispatched usually same day on weekdays if order is placed and payment confirmed by 3pm. Orders received on a Friday evening or over the weekend will be dispatched the following business day.

Please allow between 1 - 6 days for delivery within Australia, depending on your location for our free postage option and 1-2 business days for Express within Australia.

 Orders within Australia are shipped by Australia Post and StarTrack, Fastway and Couriers PII. The shipping method used depends on the cost of the item purchased and the delivery location.We also offer the option of paying $9.95 extra for Express postage at checkout which includes tracking and 1-2 day delivery within the Express post network.

  • If you place an order for more than one item, it is possible that some of the items will arrive in different packages. This is done for logistical reasons and does not alter the amount you pay for shipping.

  • Track and trace is available for many orders we send within Australia. Wherever possible, we will email you with the tracking number and website URL so that you can monitor the progress of the delivery.

  • Failed deliveries

    Sometimes packages will be returned to us because the carrier was unable to complete delivery. When this occurs, we will contact you without delay to identify what has gone wrong and get your order to you as soon as possible.

    If you are concerned that there may have been a problem with the delivery of your order, please do not hesitate to contact us.

International Orders

***We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. When you place an international order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Returns Policy

We accept returns if the item is with the original packaging and condition and returned within 30 days of purchase. Oopsie accepts returns only if the product is unaltered and unopened in any way. Once the item is received back to our location, a refund will be provided on the full price of the product, excluding original and return shipping fees. The refund will be paid in the same manner as the original payment was made.

We process all faulty items ourselves which included defects and stitching issues with clothing. Normally, we will have you send it back to us but in some cases, we may refer you to the supplier or manufacturer to save time. We believe shopping online should be easy and we will replace or refund any product that is faulty. Return postage is at the responsibility of the buyer. Simply send us an email at admin@oopsie.com.au explaining the fault.

Buyer must pay return freight charges if goods are returned for change of mind. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
